I don't like getting into political arguments (or any kind, for that matter) with the opposing side because they are generally too closed minded to even begin to acknowledge that our points might be relevant, but come on. Open your eyes and stop being so fvcking ignorant. Yes the man should have not had weed around his child (especially in the great state of MissourA) but a swat team was not necessary in this situation. It was simply a reason to abuse power and that's it.

IMHOFF, it is decriminalized to an extent by certain local or state governments, but still not legal by our national government's standards. And it is only considered "legal" if you have a medical card stating that you can use it for medicinal purposes, and only in those states can you do it. If you have a medical card in Colorado and got pulled over in Kansas or surrounding states, your medical card is useless.

Well that's good to hear. I am extremely surprised considering my state's general ignorance towards things such as this, but I had heard that from someone a while back and didn't believe them. More power to them, at least they finally see it's not a gateway drug that leads people to meth and coke (and shouldn't be classified with such) and has medicinal purposes for people who want to smoke it instead of taking pain killers. Those things are the devil.
