If you dont like the laws, leave the country.... there are plenty of people who would love to take your place.

what if we all had this attitude? Think about all the horrible laws this country has had in the past. If everyone just chose to be a sheep and not stand up for what they believe is right, even when the government says its wrong and illegal, where would we be today?

OMGOMGOMG stay on topic everyone!!!

Ro$$, couldn't have said it better myself. I don't like getting into political arguments (or any kind, for that matter) with the opposing side because they are generally too closed minded to even begin to acknowledge that our points might be relevant, but come on. Open your eyes and stop being so fvcking ignorant. Yes the man should have not had weed around his child (especially in the great state of MissourA) but a swat team was not necessary in this situation. It was simply a reason to abuse power and that's it.

-=AlexXx=-, all because you didnt get caught/ arrested doesnt mean you didnt break the law. stop acting holier than thou. If you got off easy in all those situations you should be more sympathetic for this man,who paid a much higher price for doing something less illegal than you did.

IMHOFF, it is decriminalized to an extent by certain local or state governments, but still not legal by our national government's standards. And it is only considered "legal" if you have a medical card stating that you can use it for medicinal purposes, and only in those states can you do it. If you have a medical card in Colorado and got pulled over in Kansas or surrounding states, your medical card is useless.

obviously, and in washington, new jersey, Maine, and new mexico it cost nothing to get these cards other states you just have to pay just like a 100 bucks, and yes you have to get approved by a doctor to get one of these cards but some of the symptoms that they will agree to give you these cards are bogus. migraine, pain, nausea, vomiting, like come on now haha. and you can have 2 oz and 6 plants and some states do let you use other states cards. so if this guy was in one of the 14 states he would most likely have one of these cards and could have what he was busted for legally. and in Oregon and washington you can legally have 24 oz and 24 plants.

and there is 11 states pending legal medical marijuana uses.

...and kansas is one of them Laughing

Well that's good to hear. I am extremely surprised considering my state's general ignorance towards things such as this, but I had heard that from someone a while back and didn't believe them. More power to them, at least they finally see it's not a gateway drug that leads people to meth and coke (and shouldn't be classified with such) and has medicinal purposes for people who want to smoke it instead of taking pain killers. Those things are the devil.
