| i worked out a lot over the summer and it was great! my dad owns a gym on the island and has been around this stuff for awhile. I actually think its pretty fun and i could feel it help my riding, skateboarding, surfing and all that so that made me like it even more. havnt gotten to go to much lately because of school though |

| I go to the gym three days a week, day one: chest, arms, and legs. Day two: back shoulders and legs. Day three(repeat of day one). Then I switch the next week. On every exercise I'm doing three sets of eight, and also making sure there's enough weight so I feel a struggle on the last two reps of each set. After the workout I drink a 990 calorie protien shake that GNC makes. Since December, when I started I have put on a good 17 lbs. of muscle. I am also pretty skinny ( 6'1 148lbs.) trying to gain more mass. |

i am staying off stuff until i lose some mass, but i plan to get back on some eas muscle armor and maybe some phosphagen elite, but the phosphagen makes me feel sort of bulky. everyone should have a whey protein shake directly after their work out. myoplex or muscle milk ftw. hopefully i'll be in good shape by the end of april. _________________ "I said take me to the sea, cause that is where I want to be. dont smash all the muscle groups in one day. your muscles need a few days to recover (that is how you build muscle) so by smashing legs 3 days a week you are not doing much to help yourself. watch the increase in muscle by only doing each muscle group once a week. you can also do whatever you do on monday, again on friday. |
