Vance Collins, i had the top deck goin the right way but i flipped any way just to see and it still didnt help,,
what i think ill end up doin is just make the holes more in to like a oval shape ya know so that the screws can reach the metal riser do you think that would work?

I had hte same problem on my 40... I just used some long thick nails to keep all of the holes lined up after I put the "trucks" on the top deck. So basically while the nails are keeping the board aligned, I take one out and put in the screw in... Took some effort and had to kinda put a little muscle behind it, but it finally worked out.

I'd be pissed if I paid that much for a product that I had to fight to make work.

bert., that's nice, I didn't get pissed, I like how it rides... took me 30 minutes to put it together the right way... definitely worth it...
