| ok so i have been ridin my cassette bi 41 for about a month and wanted to ride my 40 so i get it griped and stuff then i go to put it together and the fvckin holes didnt line up they are just barly off but just enough that you cant force the screws in,, i think some other ppl had this issue so if some one could help me out before tomorrow i would really appreciate it thanks |

Vance Collins, i had the top deck goin the right way but i flipped any way just to see and it still didnt help,,
what i think ill end up doin is just make the holes more in to like a oval shape ya know so that the screws can reach the metal riser do you think that would work? |

| I had hte same problem on my 40... I just used some long thick nails to keep all of the holes lined up after I put the "trucks" on the top deck. So basically while the nails are keeping the board aligned, I take one out and put in the screw in... Took some effort and had to kinda put a little muscle behind it, but it finally worked out. |
