cool beans. im saving to get an xtrem honda clone cr2. its a crf 50 clone bored to a 125 with a 4speed manuel clutch and bigger suspension.

ScottyB, it's $1600-$2200 in the US depending on the shop... those things sell like hot cakes so price can go way up :/

headhuntermx4, I would STRONGLY advise you not to get a clone... I know it sounds really attractive money wise but you'll spend WAY more as the bike falls slowly apart Wink

also, getting a KLX/DRZ 110 seems really like a better choice than an XR50. After riding mine I would seriously not see myself riding something smaller Very Happy

and it is not much bigger, a tricked out XR50 will have the same wheelbase as a KLZ/DRZ, and the 110 wheelbase is the closest to the one of a BMX

also, say $1800 for the bike, then drop in a $1000 of after market parts and you got something that fits you and you don't need to do anything to the engine at first.

on a XR50 you need TONS more stuff to make it ride good and it ends up costing more, and since your motor isn't stock anymore it is MUCH less reliable.

yeah i know wat ur saying but this isnt just a cheap ebay clone,. ive done alot of research on it and they are the real deal only fake lol. the®e are a couple of clone companies out there taht are good. thumpstar, sdg, and xtremee. xtreme is the closest to a bbr custom and on a head to head test they would take an xtreme b/c its half the money.

i got an xr 100 and then a few years later a yz250f and thats my race bike but its so hard to find parts for xr 100s but so easy for 50s
