He everyone. I just joined and am totally stoked about this site. great ideas and lots of wisdom. I just began wakeskating at the end of last season. I bought a hyperlite scape and I have been looking for a pair of shoes. Any advice would be much appreciated. I have been reading a lot about the Kampus KS-1s but I have yet to find a site that carries them. Please, if anyone knows where I could get a pair, let me know. Thanks a lot everyone.

The Reef Byerlys are good shoes or some DVS Dresdens, but the mesh wears out quick with the grip tape.
Erich let me borrow a pair of Kampus shoes last weekend and although a little bulky they worked really well.
check dvs.com, buywake.com, etc...

hahahahah this thread made me think of the old old days long before everyone was here. when it was like me nick yuri fred and dave. all posting polls like Shoes or barefoot? 
anyways in reply to your post, just wear any shoes, doesnt matter, running shoes, skate shoes. anything but dressy shoes ahah

get anything that doesn weight a ton when wet, that's pretty much the only thing you need to look out for...
the DVS are pimp... I'm getting a red/black stripes pair ^^
