Matt_French, I've had friends that have done that before, for some people it has worked excellent, and for others didn't work at all. Make sure you buy a name brand case, that may seem dumb, but it is impossible to find drivers for something you have never even heard of if you need those drivers (again, depends on the device and your computer). The cases are going to be a bit larger than what it would be if you had a regular external burner, but makes for a good option if you have an internal just lying around. |
