| sorry for the gramticle and spelling errors its very earley and i woke up 5 minutes befor reading this and got so worked up that i just typed and didnt even check what i was writing, everything i said was true, if you can understand it though. and all those facts are from educational websites and books. |

high times had an article about where 420 came from... it was when a few guys met after school.. and i believe it was after their detention and they'd meet at a certain local and smoke @ 4:20 |

i smoke. i graduated h/s. currently a sophmore in college. i have stopped and can stop whenever i want with no withdrawal symptoms. nuf said

stompin9s, i think its a psychological addiction, i just recently quit and am having trouble falling asleep sober. but i dont care, my lungs are happier and therefore i am happier.

| I sometimes think of as alcohol as worse than weed, I have seen people do a lot more stupid things while drunk than high and a lot of people are starting to consider alcohol a hard drug while weed is considered a soft drug. |

hahaha i havent been on this site in a long ass time but now theres a weed topic. highrida, ill b celebrating 420 of course. gettin faded all day long, goin skatin n fishin. chickity china the chinese chicken all u anti-weed peices of shizzle. smokin weed does not make you stupid. i dropped out of school (cuz im lazy) hung out n smoked evryday for like 3 months then just recently took my g.e.d and passed by 900 points no studying or anything. i smoke out of 2 foot tall glass bong daily and can still run a mile in under 8 minutes. the only thing weed does to you is make you lazy. im high right now i think im gunna skateboard down to the lake n catch some bass.

there is more to 420 than weed. 4/20 is a date that should be forgotten...not celebrated. |

| yeah erowid.com is a sweet site. sorry i got so heated guys but marijauna cannabis, weed, whatever saved a life of someone very close to me so it in turn is very important to me. i am not pot head either. i have msoked on rare occasions. and i have to admitte it was better then being drunk and i was in way more control. i never touch alc now but ill smoke some herb once in a while |

| koolbeans, 8 min mile, anit nuttin to be proud about lol, but ya weed doesnt make u dumber, smacking your head agaist a hairy wakeskate makes u lose more cells, and plus u dont really need them if they are that stupid to get lost to easy, if everyone smoked weed, we woudlnt be having this huge argument, it makes u so much calmer and peaceful.. and REAL lazy... i think everyone should celebrate 4/20! |

um no. actually if you opened the article i paraphrased, you would notice that EVERY statement is supported by a specific scientific study. this isnt information that was just made up. its the real deal. you'd just rather get your information from a site that says what you want to hear.

sure there may not be any physical symptoms, but there are mental ones, and they are a hell of a lot worse than eating chocolate. smoking marijuana makes you feel a certain way, which can differ from person to person, and after awhile you will become dependent on marijuana to feel that certain way. i could explain why but after reading what many people have said thus far im sure about 2 people would understand what im talking about. nonetheless it can be psychologically addicting, and far more addicting than chocolate.
id just like to say that i dont care if you wanna smoke or not. i dont smoke or do drugs, but i have a LOT of friends that do, and some of them have to consult their bong when they are too stressed. a few of them can no longer deal with stress on their own and need to take a few hits so they can settle down and study. im not makin this up either. i hate it when people talk about it like it wont ever harm you. TRUE, things ive posted from the article probably wont happen to everyone, but i posted them because they COULD happen. they are possibilities. they are things to keep in mind. i posted them so you guys would know what CAN happen so that you are more informed. nonetheless im sure you pot advocates will try and find some fault in the facts ive thrown up because you dont wanna believe that they are true. in the end remember im posting facts, youre posting opinion. feel free to cite a source or three if youre gonna tell me something about marijuana.
and high school is a friggin joke. dont brag about getting As unless its in college.

hey: High ridahhhhh you try to sound smart and it doesnt work. yes governmental influences have swayed my beliefs on weed and make me think its bad for you. youre so right! how did you know that? dont smoke weed, goto school. i know youre 15 and things liek this are hard to understand but no one thinks youre cooler because you smoke. it was cool to flaunt the fact that you smoked weed in 8th grade, not anymore. you are awesome.
