Woodisbest!, yes, but Im keeping quiet til' it's fully set up like a production model, I really want people to see it at full production quality, and no more baby steps, besides until it's all purdyed up much hasn't changed externally except that I added the controls, thanks for asking though.

So anymore progress? I hope this works out for you, what a shove in the face if you designed a winch for way cheaper and probably better then the more pronouced company.

kento911, i didn't bother reading this whole discussion so if you've stated my answer earlier i apologize, but what kind of cable are you planning on using for your winch.

theres a picture of it on page ten its a special rope thats bouyant and stronger than Spectra. . . . . G-14 classified stuff lol

Alexander Scott Haney 111, I really dont want to call a price yet and be wrong, I still havent put it through ts testing paces, so I don tknow if Ill hav rto up grade some stuff or redesign something, but rest assured as soon as I have a final price Ill ost it here in Bold for all to see as of right now I think I want to keep it below 1800 but it cant be lower than 1200 in any way

EDIT: just to give you an Idea my proto is a little over 2000 dollars, (thats still cheaper than the 2400 Rewind is asking. . .barely) of course the productions will be cheaper than that, but just to let you guys know where it stands right now

scott a, are you once again running your mouth regarding a subject you have little knowledge of. . . . . .you seem to have no problem critiquing anything and everything that crosses your vision, make no mistake I respect what they have accompished, but you. . . . . well suffice to say I respect what is done with hands more than mouth, when you can match even what I have done with my hands, then come on back with that mouth.

s34n, No winch wars. . . . .I just think its not the optimum the product can be, I think they should upgrade to a salsbury torque converter over the cetrifugal clutch, but thats my .02

Greg T, absolutely the presentatoin stomps all over the Rewind, and to be honest me at this point, but Im currently in the process of improving my presentation, so we shall see very soon
