Open Beers

Can other states have open beer in the boat. Like the driver being able to drink a fresh cold when while driving?

I know in cali and oregon and washington if you are drivin a boat drunk you get a bui-boating under the influence, its basically the same as getting a dui

if you get a dui where i live you have to drive around with a yellow and red license plate so everyone around you driving knows that you got it and could be a hazardous driver.

i live in toledo, oh. I'm not sure if its a state law or what, but i know its a newer thing and ive seen a few around town.

Really, my fiance is from Oregon, OH....on the outskirts of toledo. I'll ask her about that, funny.

Maybe when I'm going out to OH, we can ride. I think I'll be out there July 1-3.

I don't think you are allowed to drink and drive a boat here in FL. Open containers are allowed though. At least last time I was in the intercoastal (sp?) I was driving and saw a cop boat commin towards me, I just put my beer down but nobody else did. He just smiled waved and drove by. Birthday
