Driving from FL to TX Friday 6/7, anyone want to come along?

Sorry for posting in this section, I'm not sure which would be most appropriate, but I felt this would get the most exposure here. Especially at the last moment.

I am driving from Florida to Texas today, Friday June 7th, and thought I'd offer up a ride to anyone who's interested. It would be nice to have company along for the journey. This is just a one-way trip, I will not be returning to Florida, therefore you would have to find your own way back. My starting point is Orlando and the destination is Austin.

Post in the comments or private message me your phone number if interested. My aim is to leave by 11am however, I may get held up.

11 am? if you dive striaght there, 15 hours of driving. might want to leave earlier.

i have taken alot of road trips in the past four years. i work on aircraft and i hate fyling, go figure.

Yea, I'm actually just now leaving. I flew in to buy a car, now I'm driving it home. The reason I had to leave so late today is needing to have a thorough inspection done first. I'm just driving as far as I can make it today, I'll stay the night somewhere if I need to Smile

if you dont make it as far as you think and wanna detour to arkansas sunday morning we can hit the river for a ride, but i figure youll be on I-20 across LA and skip arkansas all together.

Yea Arkansas is too far out of the way, I'm taking I-10 across. Thanks for the invite though!
