Want to build incline and flat bar

Can someone please send me the link to the thread on how to build a solid incline and flat bar, and hopefully the easiest and the cheapest way too. I tried to browse from here but most them were posted few years ago. I just thought that some of you have eventually discovered the best way to build it.
