Wish I had more time today but feel I need to chip in even if its short...

This site is unique, special, and RELEVANT for hundreds of reasons in my opinion Wink

I can't tell you how many customers and friends I have referred to this site over the past 6 years that has had life changing impacts on them, no joke. What other site has interaction and feedback from the top pros and owners, sneak peaks of new decks, ability to pick up Integs and old Cassettes, find a third, get help building their first winch...and so on and so on. The history and sure amount of data/information in the guide and articles is mind blowing and its sad that most the readers never dig deep into those areas.

I can honestly say that this site is a factor in me living my dream and owning an operating my own shop. I feel that this community is part of my family. Every gallery exhibit, movie premiere, demo day, new display, sale....gets me amped to share with all of you. I opened my shop to sell the smaller rider owned brands and every sale from you guys helps me keep the lights on and plan that next event. The average customer walking into my shop takes a quick glance at these elaborate displays and "new" offerings/brands and such and smiles but you guys and gals "get it" Wink

I have struggled greatly over the past few years on where to send my content and articles. It is rough when there are so many options..Transworld, Alliance, WSM, Wakeworld, AWAKE, even our own FB pages have become pretty amazing instant media outlets. I tried so hard to make everyone happy and spread it around but its stress. Is there too many options for us? How are all these sites going to have fresh content and not "share" everything? Is our sport too small for this many outlets?

I truly believe in this site and community and personally going to share as much as I can with you guys as possible. I'd love to see this site grow and progress with the times. Wakeskating is finally getting where we wanted it, so lets enjoy it and do what we can to make sure it continues to go in this forward direction.

LOVE LIFE

Not true,
I'm sure it was originally about whether finless is legit or to call out cassette ripoffs, but i cant remember which one.

Or calling out people for shin guards..... Or fake back rolls!

The last two posts are the funniest things because I forgot about them all.

chase is one of the nicest dudes ever, but I had to save a shot of him with those shin guards, because that is a prime example of wakeskating's kook phase...or something like that. Can you imagine shin guard sponsors in wakeskating? It's funny, but he was a youngster.

Chase is wayyyy nice..... (that was lame though). Nothing beats that dude morphine claiming 270 flips to dark slide on the wake while his parents were in the bahamas with there only "camcorder".

I don't want Austin's awesome post to get lost in the midst of us cranky old men(and woman) complaining of whippersnappers and missing the days of old:) Smile

I'd like to add that Austin and Tad are both awesome. Both of those guys do so many awesome things for wakeskating and it's been great to see them continually make their mark on wakeskating. Austin just threw down 300.00 at the contingency, with that extra 100 going for a brand new trick

Wesubsist is one of the best media oriented things to happen for wakeskating. They all bring passion and street cred, which I thought was lacking in the media at the time. Now that site has a global following and fanbase. You can go down undah and find a wakeskate with that iconic sub on it, and that's rad. And great things have come from tad or with his help in addition to the sub--more than machines, the wakeskate mag, etc.
