I just got my New texas toast with cheese and rode it everyday last week. It is a kick ass board! I love it. It has really good pop and it shuvs great. I haven't been real consistent with my shuvs but with this skate I'm hitting front and back ones real easy. It rides good wake to wake too. If you get a chance to ride one of these do it you wont be disappointed.

TexasBlazed, From the description on their website, the Texas toast w cheese is the same as the texas toast but has a "Rubber ring boarder in the rail (pick your color)" and "lead swing weight system"
I'm currently riding a slayshtank board, which after I bought and under close inspection, I'm 99.9% sure it's manufactured by new. It's an amazing board with huge pop, great concave imo, and literally is a tank. This Texas toast upgrade could possibly be even more amazing I would love to try one out.

My friend got one a month ago. Awesome, especially behind the boat. Floats so well it practically lifts your feet out of the water. Also, it rides high enough for you to cut with your heels hanging off no problem! He also got the regular Texas toast, and it too rides like a dream. No doubt a solid buy! The regular is all but identical to my old 39.5 Pastura Remote. Only noticeable difference to me is the rails are steeper, which is nice for flicky flips! Good job New, good job!
PS, not sure if it was isolated or not, but my homie did have to wait at least a month for it to show up. He ordered straight from manufacturer. I might reccomend ordering from a retail store that already has the pressed boards, especially if your in a hurry and can't wait the extra time.
Regardless, well with the wait IMAO

I'm the one wake shredder is tAlkimg about. Boards are sick, but don't buy one thinking you will get it quick. I had broke both my other boards and had no board for over a month waiting on mine. Would def get another one just not when I was in a hurry for aboard.

I got to thinking how Watermonsters has their decks manufactured by New, I wonder if their next line of boards will be this Texas Toast construction? I would rather buy a Watermonsters board anyway, to help support them and all since they have a team of riders who are actively involved in our sport. This might be insteresting to see what happens in the future.
Here is a little pic collage of the two boards to help show the difference:

I think these boards are junk. If you'd like to trade strength for a lighter board go for it. Foam or rubber sound horrible to use with any wood board where durability and strength are needed.
And like southpaw said support companies that have a team of riders involved in the sport. Remote, Water Monsters, Obscura, etc.
