GnarShredd, with the extra bamboo and glass in it, I think you will find it very comfortable for being a 39" |

senza wake, Sweet, I ride mostly cable so it'll be nice to hear how it rides with that speed since I can't really have them speed it up for me if I feel like I need to go faster. |

texasT, try a more direct form of communication with him... email, facebook, you cant expect him with all he has on his plate to be often checking ws.com just to answer one specific question. just a suggestion |

as much as I cringe when people complain about a board or company on here instead of contacting the manufacturer or people who are in the position to help (many of them have made themselves available in one form or another), anyone who actually cares about customer service is going to respond to that kind of critique (or will have someone who can take the time to respond). And it's not just this situation...when people have gone through the lines of communication with any company and nothing happens, they're going to take it to the next level. People have to understand that they can invest everything they have to create something amazing, but if they don't appreciate the people who are going to be buying it, it doesn't even matter. People will only put up with so much. And then you have to decide if you want that negative feedback floating around on the internet or not.
So yes, sometimes complaining does do more. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

Bah it wasn't even supposed to be 'complaining'
i hate it when everything you say is scrutinized to the smallest word and in the end nothing is accomplished and bad blood continues to just grow.
