Larsen, did you get a tracking number with your order or an email or did your board just show up? anyone get a board this week??

really???im 230, and havent gotten any news, did you get an email or was that on the integrity website? im pretty pissed cause last week he shipped till 221 and said hed be sendin more and if he stopped at 228 thats wack i thought he made these in batches of 15 and even so he only made 7 boards in 2 weeks............slackin ive been waitin some time now ands its just gettin to be a little ridiculos i understand stuff happens and he ran into problems but come on...............sorry needed to vent a little that said cant wait till i finally get mine hopefully itll still be warm out Crazy Eyes

way to go DaeDae... after that little vent, I'm sure, now they know your order number, you'll go to the top of their list... not. Wink

oh... & the boards are made in batches. So for example, if they were making 38' TNT's and order number 228, 229 & 231 were for 38's & your order number 230 is a 39.39 TNT then you would be in the next batch made.

It only takes 30 days or less to build a new wake boat. As much as I appreciate integrity, this is not how business is done in the real world. Say what you will, but normal consumers will not tolerate these delays.

If you don't want to wait on an Integrity ( which it's widely known from years past their are delays) then you don't have to order one. Their are other companies you can purchase a wakeskate from.

Damn. Thats quick building on what I perceive as a quality boat. I've had 2 integs and waited forever on them and had one damaged during shipping that added to my wait. I love their feel and durability, but as I've stated before the pre kicks aren't for me. I was excited to see the Josh model's concave. I like the made in USA part, attention to detail, etc. I'm anticipating next years orders to go smoother since Erich stated no pre orders and has already begun(assumingly) the 2012 process. I'm not hating on the product. Their distribution and marketing processes just don't make sense IMO.

not bitching at all, just curious as to whats been goin on, kinda been in the dark about whats up with the whole production process and what not and when someone has your money for almost 3 months i think your entitled to some legit info or answers.

DaeDae, I know I'm too late with my answer, but yes I received a tracking number. And just as you, I have waited a very long time for my board (actually it's still stuck in German customs right now) after pre-ordering in February.

I knew that it wouldn't go as fast as I would like it to, but I love the products, the quality and durability of Integrity wakeskates and at the time of placing my order, I was willing to wait. Yes, Integrity could've send out more eMails about the current order status, but what would it have been good for? It wouldn't have speed up the whole process, more likely prolonging it.

I wrote several eMails to Erich and most of them got answered in a day or two, so that's totally fine for me. Additionally, I'm one of the guys who have been ordering a Mutiny Endurance, which got cancelled. Erich could have simply givin' me back my money and say "Sorry." but instead he came up with a VERY satisfying solution for me as a customer. For a small company like Integrity I think this was a very professional way to handle the matter and I'm grateful they did it that way.

Believe me, the day you all will get your skate from Integrity, you will know it was worth the wait.

And guys: Don't hate! We're all skaters... Cool
