both those gaps are less than a mile from eachother

The_BooDog_Winch, 's winch spot seems to be a little bigger then then poptarts so currently , boodogwinch >poptart, however if poptart gets out some wax and hits that concrete ledge poptart > everyone

the first spot actually looks pretty fvckin intense, it always makes things interesting landing in class five rapids, but hey thats what you get when hitting a large gap like that,

the second spot looks pretty fun too its always nice to find a gap deeper then 3 ft, im guessing so it looks pretty deep

they were both with boodog

the first one was gnarly im guessing over 8ft
the second one was the same but a lot more distance needed

the ledges are haunting my dreams Twisted Evil

the scaryest part of all of it was the under tow
we paper rocked scissors to see who was going to walk the landings, took the rope with us in case you got sucked in

both gaps had a chest high landing

we have even more to go to , we got tresspassing tickets there yesterday , $25 bucks
but we were there for like 3 hrs before some jerk called the cops on us

but seriously anyone that wants to come can ,
fly to midway from southwest will be cheaper
or ohare

then you can ride a trian all the way to my house (30mins) and we have gaps, a wake, and a johnboat

all are welcome

we would love to get more opinions on the winch
and we would love to see some people stick some gnarly tricks on these gaps Smash

the cop said had we been in the city park they possibly would have arrested us

because FYI winching gaps can be classified as " wreak less endangerment" which is a class A mistomener
along with trespassing on private property

but they were nice about it and just gave us a 25 dollar ticket

and to be fair they have a point
these hydraulics are dangerous and seriously could kill someone , i mean they have killed people before so be careful guys

robbys board got washed back and got stuck (yes while we were getting ticketed the cajun cougar was caught in the hydrolic getting pounded) and so we were kind of bummed bc at first the cop was like "kiss it goodbye smalls" (sand lot reference not actual statement but close enough) so after all of the cop drama we were standing around trying to figure out how to get the board back , and it hit me

I got a large (i mean really large) log in the shape of a "y" and walked up to the bridge in the above picture...robby lined me up with it and i dropped the "y" with the split headed twards the board, and as it dropped the falls it perfectly scooped the board down into the bottom of the hydrolic with it ....a few seconds later cougar came shooting out of the water like a asain carp

would have sucked to lost the cougar along with getting kicked out and tickets

Dang man I guess I didn't know it was illegal to have fun trying to kill yourself. Oh well, at least you got a nice sesh in and still have all your sh*t, except $25.

yeah even when i get in trouble with the cops , i am usually pretty lucky

just depends on the cops , we had a run in last weekend and they were just like Leave, Now

so we did just that Rolling Eyes
