the bottom sheet on my arson has had a few too many encounters with rocks and the top has started to come apart from the rest of it, i've resealed the top a couple of times but it keeps splitting again, any idea what to use or maybe i'm using the wrong methods?
but my idea is maybe replacing the whole bottom sheet with a big sheet of plastic, cutting it down and clamping it into place with some glue so it holds shape when the glue sets...what do people think?
advice pleeeease... |

poorly put,
Revised Version of your dumb statement.
wakeskates should be made to slide anything and especially a composite skate along the lines of an arson. If people are skating curbs and concrete and their wakeskates are holding up you should able to skate rocks.
and certainly don't get a new board if you think it possible to fix it and you enjoy your board. Hard work trumps, impatience and submission any day of the week. And protect your wallet from just buying new boards when you could be spending money on wax to hit more rocks
EDIT: fixing my prepositions

WERDna, thank you for your revised statement of my poorly put words. to me it sounds like your a fan of composite boards and nothing else. arson does suck. why not get a 120$ NEW instead of a piece of shizzle that is falling apart? and get more wax..... lol _________________ NORML.org

Listen here curmudgeon.
I found what i like and i stick with it, but i'm not belittling wood skates. My point is if you make a composite skate it should hold up. Maybe arson's are not as strong as they should be, but that does not make them suck, and too jump to the conclusion to buying a NEW board for $120 that will most likely not hold up to the riding spowell will be doing i don't think that is reasonable advice.
but if you have the cash to buy something you find is worth your money do it, but certainly don't give up on a project because your having trouble fixing it, that's simple submission.
and i was simple pointing out what he could spend his leftover cash on (i.e. wax) if he didn't buy an unnecessary wakeskate. |

WERDna, "I found what i like and i stick with it, but i'm not belittling wood skates. My point is if you make a composite skate it should hold up. Maybe arson's are not as strong as they should be, but that does not make them suck"
then please use another word out of your amazingly huge vocabulary to prove why they don't suck. _________________ NORML.org

i don't think i could do any wakeskate justice with one word, but i can tell you if people enjoy riding the board that is more then enough reason for me to think it does not suck. |

... so you are saying you would wakeskate in a rock quarry? Leave wakeskating for the water and wheels for the land |
