and went ahead and tore my knee up again, i/o front big. one foot on and one off and POP. so tomorrow i am going to the doctors to finally get this shizzle straightened out. hpoe it works im tired of this and it always happens at the beginning of the summer and ruins the whole thing. so frustrating.

went to doctors today. they took x rays but theres so much swelling its hard to see exactly whats going on. she thinks its a grade 2 mcl tear. which is like 3-6 week recovery, but i have to goto orthopedic doctor next week to get an MRI to see exactly whats going on once the swelling goes down
