Hey all,
Posted on here a while back about a New England based board company I was getting going. Progress was slow for a while, what with getting an education and all, but the beta version of our website is now live. Right now we just have our original skates and tees for sale, but we hope to have at least a bi-level and longboard to market by summer's end, as well as a fully upgraded site and more soft goods and fin upgrades.
Check out the site if you get a chance and lemme know what ya think. Just be gentle, por favor

Cool stuff. Are you guys only putting out the 42 model? Or is a smaller one in the works? _________________ N-Pain |

ha i was just thinkin the same thing. an honest suggestion, put pics of the concave, thats a huge selling point on boards these days, and you're probably already in the works on this.. but smaller boards too. coming from skateboarding, you ride a much smaller object. obviously you need something to keep you afloat, but i'm 6'4" weighin over 200 and ride either a 40" or 41". good luck to ya! |

seems like it would be really good for W2W considering the length and continuous rocker _________________ "it is better to fail in originality than to succeed in imitation." |

Thanks for all the responses!
- nate, we are going to put out a smaller version, again hopefully before season's end, and probably a 40".
- SLWK, yep. concave and fin pictures are going to be up in the next day or two.
- WakeWizard, our base of operations is in northern MA (Methuen for all two people in the world who have heard of it), but we do most of our riding up at Lake Massasecum in NH.
- stompin9s, funny you say that. the development for this board actually started back in high school when i wanted to start going w2w but needed a new shape.. of course the thing weighed about 8lbs more back then and had plastic fins... its definitely solid out behind the boat, and we're currently manufacturing a batch of larger fins that really lock you in for serious boostage.
Thanks again, and keep the suggestions coming! |

WakeWizard, if we survive with enough money to hire any outside help, you'll be first on the list haha. Either way, though, always need an army in the area, and assuming Kuma doesn't start outselling the big boys in the next few months, I'll be back at school in Boston myself this fall. Just get used to winching with ice on all sides |

Sorry for the delayed response. Been dealing with some site bandwidth issues. Per request, rocker and fin pictures are posted, and we uploaded our first print ad for your viewing pleasure.
As for footage, the last couple weeks have been real skunky for riding luck up here (rain and t-storms five days a week and a busted-too-soon winch session). There's a 24 foot rail and kicker in the works that should give you guys what you're looking for once it's in the water. In the meantime, this week will hopefully treat us kindly and we'll get some basic footie to satisfy temporarily.
Also, just a heads up... Kuma's gonna be amping up its search for a sponsored skater in the next few weeks, so if you're interested, send us that demo!
Cheers mates. |
