As a Noob to this sport is it sensible to hit up a cable park to learn and practice? |

no matter where your riding (cable, winch, boat, ski) the more time you have on the water the more you'll progress. so yes there is nothing wrong with practicing on a cable. _________________ You make me want to punch a baby!

Don't worry bout it being your first time on the cable just let the guy running the cable know and he'll coach ya on how to start off and if ya mess up he'll try and help you correct what you did wrong. Just remember have fun thats what wakeskatings all about! _________________ You make me want to punch a baby!

I would recommend learning how to wakeboard on the cable first so you get a feeling for the start and corners. Then you can transition to skate. _________________ Fake it till you make it.

Let me know if you go to OWC. I will meet you out there and help you out, they also have a beginner cable that goes a little slower so it's easier to master. |
