Man Cave

So I finally got my basement renovated and now I can focus on my man cave. The floor is cement so I skate down there and I am seriously considering building a mini ramp. Has anyone built an indoor mini?

Right now in there I have about a dozen wakeskates, eight snowboards (hanging from the rafters), a couple skates, sega genisis, tv, dvd player, vcr, a couple banners, posters, cds. I also just picked up this sweet unit, it isn't a 4 trac but a 8 track

First off, build a little mini, they are great. We had one in the office of the camp for a while, so great.

Secondly, I swear to you, I had that exact radio/8 track player and the only two tapes I had was that one and a blue oyster cult one. Where did you get that awesome thing?

and I'm old enough that my parents have a "stereo" with a record player in it and a non-functional 8 track player. That thing is 7 or 8 feet long. (to estimate. it's huge, and that's why it's funny that it's called a stereo.)

SEAMAN, I am just unsre about my ceiling hieghtt or I would be building a mini right now.
My old man has a side job where he takes care of houses that people default on. I found it in a house yesterday. I am very excited to be able to listen to 8 tracks.

I am waiting on one more deck and then I will get a pic of my collection. The man cave is about a third of my basement and will be an ongoing project. I will get some progress pics.

I just did a quick inventory and there are 18 wakeskates, 5 snowskates, 6 snowboards, 3 skateboards, and a surfboard in my man cave right now. That is ridiculous that I have that many but I will get pics later thisw week.

A record player is a must. Only analog that will never die. After you get a mini built drag a small shiznackle pull-out couch from a dumpster after your local college goes home for the summer. Then get a mini fridge, a drum set and a pizza oven. You're shreddin.

texasT, my lake is frozen right now and as soon as it thaws, the man cave project will be put on hold

brassmonkey, I am already working on a couch and lazyboy chair. I like where your head is at with the other ideas. An acoustic bass would be killer.
