I was able to download the video so much quicker from the second link he sent. I'm not sure where to start talking about this video but all I can say is there are enough hammers dropped that you'll be having nightmares of this guy for the next week.

Got it from wesubsist, went to the mtm page, there's a purchase button at the bottom. Bought it, went via paypal and it took me too a download page.
