i don't think they released any boards last year... and its almost appearing that they are not going to release any these year too... I could obviously be wrong, pls correct me if I am. I don't want to say it but, its almost appearing like they are. I really wanted one of these boards too. Sad

i recently re watched the documentary about the dogtown guys

i think that we are in our first death as a sport
just like skating
huge boom, considered a fad (to a lot of recent skaters it really was just a fad for them) followed by the short demise
then through the ashes skating rose to legitimacy

i think wakeskating will face the same challenges

hopefully the greats will survive the first forest fire

oak made the best wood skates IMHO
im ashamed to not own any

POPTART, interesting theory, i hope wakeskating can keep growing, but good point, it really needs to survive over time, thats the test. all we can do is spread the love and stoke of it. and buy from these great brands.

Totally agree with Oak being the most solid well constructed wood concaves. I rode my Oak for about 6 months pretty hard and It's still ridable. I can't say that for any other wood concave really.

It would be a bummer if they went out of business.
