me and my friend were talking about bigspins, he says they are a shuvit and a 180, im saying its a 360 shuv with a body varial. what is it? or does it even matter because if you think about it both are pretty close.

it can be either shuv catch 180

or 3 shuv body varial

as long as the board in the end does a 360 and your body does a 180 in the same direction

yeahh. i think 360 shuv body varial makes alot more sense though.
