Things I Miss

I miss being able to fall asleep ANYWHERE, under the assumption that some responsible adult will eventually carry me to a proper bed Laughing

I miss being able to say "I don't know" with a smile on my face.

I miss how long time used to be and how big the world was.

I miss pretending.

I miss always winning the "My dad can beat up your dad" argument.

I miss the thrill of doing anything frivolous like jumping off sand hills just because I'd never experienced it before.

I miss riding my bike over to my friend's house and knocking on their door to see if they wanna do something, instead of shooting them a text or seeing if they're on FB chat Smash

And I guess that last one goes right along with I miss calling my friend's house and saying to their parents, "Hey, it's Nick, is Kevin home?"

GnarShredd, I haven't really stopped. It's just that I've already got most of the simple ones down and new ones are getting more intense and complicated to experience, but in that regard I'm probably moving faster down the path of experience than ever.

My life right now might as well be the product of an over-active and self-confident imagination...
