I love working out.
The Kid, I do it to gain weight too, but I'm not nearly as skinny as you.
Just eat A LOT of food and maybe get some weight gainer if you don't already.
When I was in high school, from grade 10 to 11, I went from 100lbs to 140lbs. Just from working out and eating a lot.
Good luck!

Laughing Laughing after all the sh-t i got for playing sports.

don't bother with squats, so bad for you and so inefficient compared to other exercises you can do.

I had to do so much rehab and so many different kinds of workouts after I got an infection in my bloodstream I think I could open my own rejuvenation center.
for those of you trying to get a hot bod and in good shape

lots of yoga and palates > **

PILATES is all i have to say...

Im taking a pilates class from school, 2 credits!! wooo, its fun and easy and actually a REALLY great core work out. I always thought of pilates as yoga, but its accidentally really intense and a great ab/back/lower body work out.

i forgot to mention you really acctually work up quite a sweat during class, i have to always go shower before my next class, sh1ts serious. Ima try Yoga next semester, but ive heard its less intense and more stretching rather then muscle building.

Also its a lot about relaxation and breathing. At the end of the work out we always lay back and breath foe like 5+ mins and "clear our minds" and i always leave class stress free and relaxed not thinkin about anything, its really great. There are many proven benifits to pilates, from lowering cholesteral, better sleep, better posture and increased immune system, all things i would have never associated with pilates.

Just started back at the gym and started running again. I love it, I have been out of it for over a year due to a Shoulder and Knee injury. Now if I can only get the eating thing right. Still have about 15 lbs to lose

haha...the situation. I fiznackling hate that guy. Laughing

man, nowadays that guy looks like an overweight dude who had a full body tuck and he's still trying to get back into shape. I'm not the type who's going to judge a guy based on a 6 pack, but for all of the hype that guy gives himself, his stomach is like a two pack.

ALEXXX, did you even read mitch's "quote" of your post? It was more of a "FIFY."

I don't really work out, but I like exercise and I like to be in shape. I mainly bike in the summer and snowboard in the winter. Also, unlike you (marcus) I am not trying to gain weight. Arm strength seems to come from riding (and having to go up hills on a bike, and just lifting stuff on a day to day basis)...I'm mainly concerned about my legs. Ever since I had an ACL injury I try to be as preventative as possible...and probably a little bit over protective over my precious knee joints. god bless'em.

hip abductors are an often over looked tool. helps increase your hip strength to take the weight off your feet and knees.

wakeboarding and wakeskating would benefit if more of us worked out regularly. i also think "pros" need agents to represent their interests. i'm not saying that's what the sports need, but the rider's do need them.
