So we want to show a little love for ws.com and give out some goods. We have some t-shirts as well as prints. This isn't necessarily a contest but more of a way to describe your self. Include in this post a piece of art that you have drawn/painted, a video you have edited or are riding in, a picture you have snapped, or any other form of art that you feel fits. We will pick three winners on Friday the 22nd. Best of luck to all

I directed/edited a wakeboard/wakeskate dvd (Liquid Equilibrium) that helped raise money for a local community theatre,and also sent 700 copies to the troops over sea's to make their day a little brighter. Was an avid wakeskater until several knee injuries and another episode with cancer ended my days on the water. Still love wakeskating and support it as much as I can.

This is a pic of my 08 LF Control that I airbrushed.
It's was getting a little scuffed up and needed resealing, so I stripped it back to bare timber, sealed it and airbrushed this graphic I came up with.

- I spent a week or more nutting out the design.
- Another week in prepping the deck (stripping, sanding, sealing, sanding again, sealing again and sanding again).
- A couple of late nights cutting out stencils for the text and hands and masking up the outline on the deck.
- Then 3 long days airbrushing the graphic. There's 15 coats of paint, 7 colours + inter coat clears between each colour.
- Then I sprayed 6 coats of 2 pack clear lacquer to protect the graphic.

So there was a hell of a lot of work that went into it but I'm rapt with the finished job.
