tebow should be laughed at for crying.. my parents taught me from day one how to win and how to lose and crying aint part of losing.. he better not go to the pros and do that crap. RMFTR! _________________ ...just wakeskate... |

as a great man once said, "there's no crying in baseball!"-tom hanks from A league of their own. it applied to baseball and certainly to football. _________________ "I said take me to the sea, cause that is where I want to be. I said take me to the sea and let my mother bury me." Buck-0-Nine |

Tebow cries because he's not afraid of emotion, and isn't scared of people making fun of him, kind of like this thread...
Win or Lose, he is still human, and we show emotion, at least the ones that aren't locked up like the tin man from Wizard of Oz. |

i can agree with that, but IMO there is a time and place for it. if it were women's sports it would be expected(no offense women) _________________ "I said take me to the sea, cause that is where I want to be. I said take me to the sea and let my mother bury me." Buck-0-Nine |

#1- I am not a bandwagon fan, I am a Pharmacy School Student at UF.
#2- I am not to afraid to admit that we lost, I'm not complaining, but I don't think that you should hate on Tebow when he has done so much for college football.
#3- I love the fact that FSU fans can't revel in defeating us so they have to stoop to hoping that better teams than them will beat us. If you are going to add BLOW to the end of someone's last name then add it to JimBLOW Fisher, you won't get back to national title contention with this guy, believe me. I'd like to see the rivalry be relevant, really. I have no bad blood against FSU fans, I feel that no matter who you play there is a certain level of class that needs to be maintained. Every Alabama fan I saw on the road today I complemented and told them good game and I hope they win regardless of my I'll feelings of how they treated my QB.
#4- If your going to say that the ACC title teams could beat UF your going to have to back it up. Both GT and Clemson LOST to SEC teams that FL beat, so I really don't think that comment made sense.
#6- If your gonna make fun of Tebow get all the facts, even though we lost, he still had the humility to compliment and congratulate Saban after his win and he made it a point to do it. Say what you want, Gators do have class.
#5- To anyone who celebrates when FL, or the patriots who I don't even like lose because you hate teams that win frequently, remember this: "Winners respect and admire other winners, losers try and find bad things to say about winners."- The Ol' Ball Coach.
I respect and admire Alabama for beating us, good luck but I'm sure you won't need it against Texas. I do not appreciate comments that I am a bandwagon hic fan, yes we have those, but so does Bama or any other SEC team, and anyone who goes to an SEC school knows this is true.
So remember folks, have some class.
Go Gators and Go Tebow! _________________

triggamike, and I'll admit you guys played your asses off in 07. You guys got screwed against ol' miss, I don't see how they can do that to you guys and then let Texas get away with it. _________________

gatorskater, yeah it happens man but that play didn't lose the game it was throwin the ball 3 times in a row when 3 runs up the middle would have won it, i thought it was funny and maybe texas called les miles for advice on that play, Nebraska shoulda won that game, that was our old deff coordinator, but its ok LSU and NEB will get em next year, will just put a whoopin on Penn State in the bowl game

Didn't watch Barry Sanders at OK St., did ya? He's definitely one of the best. Maybe even top 3. But THE best, no way. _________________ I like to choke when my team needs me the most, no Romo. |

jboss, it's all debatable, but what makes you right? I'd of said Archie Manning, but I still like Tebow. It is really hard to discuss the BEST!! Most sports don't have one of those.
Unless you are Michael Jordan.
btw, you're Saints are pretty good |

| Why do people think Tim Tebow is/was the best? Its a TEAM effort, and without his team he would be worthless. |

i don't HATE teams that win frequently, I just think it gets boring and predictable when teams go on winning streaks that are counted by seasons and not games. To me thats boring, i like to see new names in that number one spot. I don't like any football team better than the other btw
could you define "winner" in the context that you used it please? also are you saying that winners don't respect the opponents they beat or "losers"? _________________
