We at ERA understand and know for a fact, that Integ and Arson are using nothing but the best materials in their skates. We would LOVE to build one but we wont ever "attempt" to out of respect. From a manufacturers point of view, Arsons and Integs are cool as shizzle. We at ERA do not have the intentions in steeling business from the higher end wakeskates. We just want to supply a quality wakeskate for the kid that wants to join the sport but can not afford to, or the kid that is sitting on his butt instead of wakeskating because he is a few bucks short. Times are hard for every buddy right now. Just like skateboarding, wakeskating has got me through some tough times. If we didn't have these sports to get us through.... Who knows. We at ERA hope we can help any and every kid that feels this way. With any new company there products will get better, and we are very proud of our new skates. We thank everyone who has stuck with us from the beginning.
I realize on these forums some things can come off being said wrong. We want to clarify that appreciate all constructive criticism. Even if it comes off a little rude. The graphics are not set in stone. Custom graphics also available. What "EVER" you want we can print it.
Thanks -ERA

Sorry do not mean to be winded.
I think there is some confusion.
Here at ERA we use some of the best materials available to building our wakeskates. Most wakeskate companies "including us" get their wood, glues, epoxies, and plastics from the same distributors. "It is the truth" ERA has done everything possible to cut back some of the fat "costs." These are a few ways we have accomplished this: buying materials in bulk, Having our own CNCs, Printing in house, etc.... There is nothing cheap in our manufacturing technologies and processes. I hope this solves some confusion. Thanks -ERA

Just want to share some experience about my ERA Wakeskate.
I got myself an ERA wakeskate and was riding it for about 10 times now. After the 1st time the grip tape startet to role a bit as you can see on the pix attached.
After the 5th time the ERA sticker came off and finally saw what the reason for the grip tape rolling was. The top sheet is cracked more or less from tip to tail and the board is soacking water very nicely
At the beginning the board had a real nice pop but now due to all the water there is almost no pop anymore. The board really flexes now and if I stand with both feet on tip and tail the ends almost touch the ground.
I really liked how the board was riding at the beginning and I dig the rail base. Now it's the middle of the summer here in South Africa and I have a skate that rides like a lilo.
Just hope the new boards are more durable now. They definitly look real good (in my opinion).
