a buddy's winch i thought i would post pics of. it was made last year but i just never posted about it:

6.5hp briggs, 600ft coated rope, tav2, byerly and a lot others(wakeboard mainly) signed it last year in hot springs, ar.

it's not quite as amazing as winches on here but for a bunch of red necks here it is perfect.

noice! I need to get back in to the metal shop sometime and build a smaller, more efficient frame like that.
