TTUFAN24, i wish i could disagree with you.

I really cant be a fan of K-swiss, they dont support wakeskating. I like nike, and buy their product because, and souly because they support wakeskating ALOT. They may also put money into other sports, but so does Red Bull, Monster, and Rockstar.... Yet they ALL sponsor wakeskating and im sure you ALL drink one of these, if any. I would not give K-Swiss any money because they do not give any money to the sport i love. Also in every commerical ive ever seen of k-swiss its been primarily black/gangster looking folk just sitting around dropping gang signs and rap lyrics.... w.e, i purchase clothing, that supports our sport.

-=AlexXx=-, did nike do anything for wakeskating when the press release came out that said they were going to make skateshoes. i'm not going to buy a pair but maybe you should give them a chance. on a side note, tons of "black/gangster looking folks" wear sb dunks.

i dont think he was saying that, its just hard to take k swiss seriously when they have commercials like " I rock my Kswiss at the beach " with a bunch of guys with gelled up hair and frosted tips throwing a football around.

wakeskate sml, how is nike SB any better though? chances are that those guys with the gelled up hair and frosted tips are more likely rocking nikes over k swiss

its an image thing, nike doesnt run douchebag ads like k swiss does. and im not trying to defend nike because i cant really take them seriously , especially after watching "nothing but the truth" but come on, its k swiss. they were gay before they tried to make skate shoes

wakeskate sml, unless they make a product that really is worth buying i dont think k swiss will last too long in the skate industry. then again they might be the trendiest thing in skateboarding since griptape

just my opinion, im not a big fan of nike either or adidas or converse. everyone gets on here and vouches for rider owned wakeskate companies, which i totally agree with but then tries to defend shoe companies, its the same principle. and ive owned a few pairs of 6.0's and sb's. SB makes a great shoe, im not knocking the performance of the shoes

nike blows, they never were around when skating really needed some help back in the day. then when they saw a chance to cash in once skating got really big again, they were laughed out of the skating industry several times before throwing big money at pro's and some finally gave in. i know all company's want to make money but i would rather give my money to companys that are behind the sport from the beginning and not wait around untill it blows up and then try to cash in on it. nike is soo dam trendy its sickening.... so many sheep........

Yeah, but I feel like Nike is very well-established in the shoe market and sports world, whereas K-Swiss is about the same as Skechers in my book.
