I believe it is a kart disc brake but really not sure I'm sure if you ask ride5 he will answer your questions. The linkage looks a little flimsy on your brake setup. What failed?

| The cable slipped out. Too much play. I need to figure out a way to hold the brake band or i might go to a disk set-up.
