i downloaded it, but you got to eat what is says. like no carbs for the first month and a crap load of protein. then you step up the carbs the further you go in the program. _________________ Peace through firepower!! |

| Skateboarding and the occasional jog.... im taking jogging class in the fall at school, should be a fun easy 2 creds, me and scottyb took walking freshman year that was mad fun and easy.... I do crunches often when i feel like i drank to much beer the night b4 haha. |

| Mr. Top Hat, hahah thats a pretty good question, but i guess the assumption is that everyone can walk and run haha. But no u can take swimming, walking, karate, jogging, pilaties... yoga? lots of other trash to get some easy elective creds. its fun. its nice to have a fun class when ur taking a few core, harder classes. |

during the summer only wakeskating, riding my bike 1-2 times a week and skateboarding every other week.
during the winter i go to the gym 3 times a week for a lifting and cardio program. |

wednesday- shoulders/traps/abs
thursday-legs/forearms/abs

Based on how incredibly mental wakeskating is, you should head towards a mind spa. I'd personally recommend a sensory deprivation tank, if you don't have one in your area then work on learning the ins and outs of your personal being. Meditation and dream work can be quite helpful. _________________ The promise of heaven out of reach.
