Anybody live out that way? Im heading out on friday, will be there for a week. I was checking the spot. Looks like tons of water canals all over, anyboby going to be riding????

I don't live there anymore but I'll be there Friday riding. Full boat and not on my boat, so can't really invite you to ride with us this time. Wish I could help you!!! There are some decent skaters in the area, and quite a few good strappers.

Hit up www.endofropegang.com and make a post and you will probably be able to find a ride pretty easy.

Alos check out Aussie Island Surf Shop (best surf shop in town) while you are there (near Target) and tell them I told you to come in, they might hook you up.

And if you want to go to the beach, go early or you will never get on the island, it is ridiculous on holiday weekends.

Enjoy it, it is a fun town!

P.S. I am less than two hours away, so if you can't find a ride and wanna road trip, I will pull you almost any day next week after 5pm. I am free all week since my wife will be out of town!!! Have a rail pond we can hit too if you want.

Cary K., thanks for the info. I probably cant make it out of the area, but that does sound awesome. This is my first time out to NC. Some old friends live there so we will be out at the beach all week. Thanks for all the info again, that surf shop sounds rad, i'll tell them you sent me that way.
