kornhouse, none of the other 138 passengers or 5 flight crew members had a problem.. i don't see how that would be an issue... lets see what the autopsy reveals.

you could go for an hour before you even have any pain in some aneurysm cases. Especially in an older person. Their brain has atrophied more so there is more space for the blood to gather before there is pressure build up inside the skull. It sounds highly likely that this is the case.

if his death was caused by the head injury sustained on the flight it was more likely intracranial pressure which is nothing to mess around with. it can be VERY fatal without medical assistance. a silent killer.
