if you drill into an integ and decide does the water going through your holes delam or mess up the board? (while not using lipsticks/nugs)

In the 2009 team and pro models drilling your own holes might take on some water, but the foam we use in that area is close cell so it should be fine ... it definetly would not delam or absorb water like a wood deck.

on the Simplex you would be drilling thru wood and glass... the wood is kiln dried and saturated in epoxy resin thru every layer in the 9 plys... it can take on water, but would take way more then the average wood skate to delam or warp.

once i get some more feed back from our team i will be building in a urethane patch in the general / prefered area most skaters would want to drill and maybe even pre drill the area like we did on our 2005-2006 line.

the urethane patch sounds like a great idea assuming it doesnt affect the x/y axis Cool

you could always just have a colored dot in the graphic on top for drill marking huh or just send a template when someone buys lipstick. im guessing there will be different shades to help coordinate board/stick colors?
