is disappointing me. E-snow, was it really necesary to lock the thread about ERA? to lock it just shows your close mindedness IMO because the thread in no way was out of hand or loosing interest, and by locking it a new thread (this one) has started. im sorry but all i wanted to say was ESnow you are way off with 99% and just bc you believe one way doesnt mean we all need to..to some people maybe a cheaper price is a way of helping the sport by itself..and fvck you for throwing texas into that..go suck some cassette DICKenson..

There is a million thoughts i had about that thread and the whole situation but it wouldn't matter either way to post them..

people really need to start riding more and taking it for what it is and stop posting all this dumb bulljive all the time.

andrewt, that other thread was total garbage and I even said that to "era wakeskates." He was also pissed that the thread was locked. I suggested that if he (or anyone, really) wanted to talk about the wakeskates, start a new thread. Just don't act like a kid by posting insults and getting personal. Talk about the wakeskate. It's not like this is the first thread that's been locked because it turned into a piece of trash.

Look at the other threads on this website. Do the vast majority of them resemble that era thread in content? I think that for the most part, the threads are reasonable and the vibes are pretty good.

andrewt........if E-snow was as closed minded as some of you think.....she would simply delete ERA's account ( and others who cause shizzle as well ) and prevent them from using this site.

she apoligized for the Texas remark, as you would already know if you were reading and paying attention.

you should keep your criticism objective.......everyone is entitled to their opinion.......but the problems start when some (like yourself) have trouble expressing their opinion's without including personal insults.

Actually, I was so disappointed with the whole thing that I totally questioned if the era account should or should not be locked. As a whole, I think the community on this site is really good. Unless I'm missing something, when I look at the whole picture I think people are pretty respectful and most are pretty sincere at wanting to bring some positive vibes to the site. When people try to diss what this message board is all about, I don't think they've been on here long enough to see how it brings riders together, lets them share their videos and stories, etc. It also lets riders show their support in other ways. (I guess one way is that kyle walton thread, and people have expressed positive support towards industry personnell as well.) People ride and they want to share that experience with others. Not everyone has a ton of people to ride with, myself included.

Based on many previous experiences, I think most of the negativity seems to come from a minority who don't appear to be regular users, and who just like to stir the pot a bit. Of course people have been uninvited from posting on here after breaking rules or being a-holes for extended periods of time, and sometimes they're invited back (like grouch). Anyway, to me it came down to freedom of speech vs. keeping the peace and thankfully there were a couple of mods to share their POV and balance out my opinion. (thanks again)
