-=AlexXx=-, a judo is when you kick your front foot out in front of you. No 180 is needed. Its just looks better that way...

-=AlexXx=-, Judo is a nosegrab (sometimes a method) where you kick your front foot in front of you like a judo kick.

Madonna is a nosegrab where you kick/drop your front foot down between you and the board, opposite of a judo.

Benihana is a tailgrab with your back foot kicking either back or down.

nick, the madonna and the benihana seem like the same thing.... do u have to do a 180 with a madonna?

bennihana is back foot

and no you dont have to do a 180 with a madonna.

those 1 footers seem to make wakeskating wakeskating and not wakeboarding.

So next time somebody asks how is wakeskating different from wakeboarding.....take a look at these.

not to be a total snot, but you can do one footers on a wakeboard. They're just more contrived. Gator and scott byerly were riding creatively with one foot in spray, and there's a picture of brannon meek in a wakeboarding magazine from 96 kicking his back foot way out. And erich schmaltz has performed some recognizable one footers on his wakeboards.

seem to remember randy harris doin some one footed flips in natural born thrillaz but I guess he wasnt bonin a foot out or anything. Simply just letting his foot breathe for a little and resting it on the outside of his board. Even wakeboarders can appreciate the freedom of being released from time to time.

ha those photos can be confusing. hes grabbing the tail in all those photos. im guessing the first 2 are switch and with a 180? if ur natural u would be grabbing with ur left hand on a judo and madonna and kicking with ur left foot. that benihana is so sick though.
