naaah but its got holes drilled in the frame that i just put stakes in to hold it down, or i tie rope through the back ones and tie it to something. it all works.

New winch is one of the best winches ive rode behind. very solid, i highly recommend it.

LiquidForce71, Ya it comes with rope and is pre assembled. mine is not the honda motor and it pulls amazing. good start up speed is perfect and does great deep water starts. solid winch

great winch pulls perfect just make sure u have a good driver becuase i saw the handle come back too far on keiths and it ripped the 2x4 right off of the front.
