Ok great feedback. The above links are for our rubber no-seam heat shrink w/ EVA core handle. It seems perfect for wakeskate apps. You get the rubber for durability but it has comfort w/ the EVA core. The EVA is heat shrinked so it doesn't get saturated and sink. It's Neon Green easy to see......

I like my carbon handle... the fact that it is carbon doesn't really matter to me though... I just like it b/c the grip is comfortable.

My requirements for a handle in order
1. Comfortable (a soft and cushioned grip) something that isn't going to tear up someone's hands, especially if they haven't ridden before or in a while
2. Durable
3. Not expensive (I don't care how nice a handle is or what features it has, there will always be a 60-70$ handle out there to cover my needs)
4. $h*t Floats (I don't know why floatless handles are all the rage... you don't need some kind of massive floats to make sure the handles float... it's really not that hard)
5. Not heavy (doesn't have to be so light that you can't feel it, I just don't want to even think about the weight)... that being said, I've never picked up any handle and thought this thing is too damn heavy, so let's keep it that way.

Also wakemitch, to keep a coated line from bunching up, it's all in how you coil it. BB needs to make a step by step video so on how to coil rope, b/c I still don't know how so I make him do it everytime we ride
Laughing

PS, I have a coated line... I could honestly care less if it was or not, the coating has a couple of nicks in it and it seems to get bunched up on one end... but that doesn't really affect me when I'm riding and when I first got it it was nice.

Medium soft, plenty of take-off sections, lightweight handle, medium radius handle, long lasting, has to be able to attract girls.

You know, like the axe commercial. I need to be able to take it into the locker room and have em' swarm. Smash

all i care about is keeping the rope away from all impellors/props

other than that as long as you can grasp it, it should work

wakemitch, I'll have to teach you the "over-under" technique. It is the proper way to roll a cable/rope. Like senorbueno said it is a little tricky but once you get it you don't have to think about it.

On handles, I never really liked carbon until I got one. Not too bad but a handle really isn't that big of a deal. You just need something that wont kill your hands, floats and isn't heavy.
