The reason I wont open up to Wayne is because he is bad.

His lyrics are shizzle, hes an idiot, hes a douche, he sucks his stepdads dick. He is like annie (orphan that sings) except annie actually has musical talent. He is a complete sellout and I hate just about everything he does. The only good music he had wasn't really his, it was cash money/big tymers. If its any conselation, if I was getting paid that much I would easily put out horrible song after horrible song and say I was the shizzle.

ryan lemons, the guitar can be played with the thumb. just look at jimi hendrix, it's a major part of his style, and anyone influenced by him..john frusciante, john mayer, black keys...the list goes on.

but to the thread topic.

lil wayne is garbage. i went against my will and clicked this link to listen to this song and watch the video.

as soon as i heard him steal the first line from a green day song (basketcase), i x'ed it out.

his lyrics make NO fiznackling sense whatsoever, he rhymes any word that goes together. he has no musical talent. i've seen videos of him playing guitar and it's the most hideous thing i've ever seen (see said video below). his feigned solo in lollipop video is hilarious.

I seriously feel bad for my ears for sujecting them to any of that garbage. If he's the best in the game of hip-pop, I would really really hate to hear the worst. His whole game is wack, the auto-tune, guitar playing, lyrics, just everything. Zero respect for the dude.

So many close minded people. Cool, NAS, Lupe, Jay Z, Pac, and Biggie are all awesome in their own right, but to say that Wayne is awful doesn't make any sense.

He can flat out deliver better than anybody, period. I don't care who writes lyrics, and for all we know, nobody good writes their own lyrics. But Lil Wayne can deliver the lyrics better than anybody, and thats all I gotta say I'm done trying to convince you guys to at least give the guy some credit.
