...i rode a bi-level today - we get one from ther german lf-wholsaler.

my opinion: pop is gourgeous - ollies 175% Smile - it's a lot of fun riding this skate - but: might be a fab skate for riding behind a boat - but i'm riding on a cable and i guess it's a little too heavy for the cable. i really like the lighter skates Smile

dockstart was funny - i had the feeling of holding a wakeboard in my hand Smile

in germany we say: die kochen auch nur mit wasser...

I have a question: what makes it better for riding behind a boat and not a cable? You know, why do you think it's too heavy for the cable?

And as for your bits of german...there's this quote from pulp fiction I'd like to use, but It may be inappropriate... Very Happy

electricsnow, for me it was like having a fat peace of wood under my feet - it felt heavy. i could imagine that on a boat - with more speed and a wake - his could be a cool board - you could use the great pop for high and cool w2w and so on...

I could understand where he's coming from between boat and cable. I ride a lot more at ski rixen, and with a heavier board, the slower speed of the cable and also no lip or wakes to help your pop, lighter boards go a long way.

I gonna buy a bi-level, but not this year, i think the bi-level will be a great board, but not for a year or two when they work out a few things like how to make it lighter. its kinda like a car, you dont want to buy a new model car the first year because all the kinks arent all worked out yet

rob wharton, yes that's exactly right! i guess it could be a great skate for the boat. unfortunately i don't have the chance to test it on a boat in the next time.

i compared the bilevel directly to a concacve and a flat lf - it's the difference between riding a hugh suv and a nice roadster. the suv needs more horse power Smile

RoosterBoy jonnyUTAH, i like your german - nevermind it is such a difficult language - we Germans ourself couldn't speak or write it right Smile
