good stuff ... gunna b hard finding those spots though.. about idea # 1 .. i found another forum website just for fish ladders.. i dont think there are any in FL , but for you ppl north check up and that... who knows what you will find.

any 1 find anything about idea # 2 ? some 1 is building these things !

#2 is flawed because the individual contractors bid for the jobs.

so there is not a secret (winch damn) company that goes around making all of the best winch spots

they make one then next week they are laying sewer or something else

POPTART, True.. but maby one week they r building spillways and other days they are building gutters, but atleast thats one spot under our belt.. and instead of finding 1 company and getting the jackpot that just means its gunna take allitle more then intended .. so find all the company's and ask them what were looking for.. im sure one company would b down with telling us the location.. its for "scientific research" or a "school project" =)
