Google Chrome ?!

Is Chrome really the next big thing?
Faster and Safer then Firefox or Opera?
Or is it just bulljive?
Any comments?

But, can you compare Safari (Mac) and the rest of the pack (MS) ?
Or is it useless because of the different OS ?

I'm not personally a fan of Safari. I prefer FF and its ability to install add-ons. And Safari is offered on PC, so it's not really an OS thing any more.

Chrome is nice. It's still in beta so it's not really fair to compare it to something that's been polished like FF. I've used it a bit on my PC at home and after I got used to its layout I started to like it. And yeah, it's nice and fast. I think it's got a totally new (and faster) java engine. But I wont be switching away from FF any time soon. I think IE will be worst in class until IE8 is released.

yeah i have a mac and i hate safari its insanely slow on my comp for some reason, firefox is where its at although it freezes some times
