i'm having trouble with them and used the search key for pratically an hour and didn't find anything too good. any help? |

do a few flats bs 180 spins in the flats, thne an ollie then bs 180 spin, then cut out a lil harder than u normally do......have your weight over your toes....pop that mutha and spin her right around and land wrapped and hold on to her til u can tic toc out or pass the handle.......hitting them holding them wrapped is stylee _________________ dbanana wrote:

just rotate your body all the way. when you first start doing them you tend to only rotate half way and slide out. if you rotate all the way and land the right way they are alot easier than try look |

don't focus on pop at first, focus more on just getting around. that's how i learned them. |

I rekon what really helped me was, go along the water and VERY slowly do a surface bs 180, so u can get used to the feeling of having your arm behind your back and being wrapped, then passing it to the other, keep doin that for a while. The from there start popping really small ollies and do like a bs 10 degree rotation and do the rest of the rotation on the surface, keep building how much u ollie and rotate, and then all of a sudden u will ollie up and do a bs 180 clean and be like hmmm did i just do that . That way may take a while, but it teaches u how to do em clean _________________
