Things are starting to come together... I've been dealing with some family issues and some things that have set me back a little but still moving forward!
Just thought I'd throw a little tease out there of one of the newest proto's... still working on the new mounting system but getting closer.
More to come...

SleuCrew, hey man just a quick question. Why did you decide to have the top deck longer then the bottom deck?? because ive ridden bi-levels like this and it just seems that it pops very odd. this is my personal preference. But any insight would be appreciated. Im looking forward to seeing more of the CONCAVE!!!!

POPTART, Pretty soon I'm hoping, there is still testing to be done and changes to be made. As always I want these things rock solid.
Guy, Thats a a 40.75 to be exact...
cenflskate, I have to disagree, I think they play an important part of wakeskating but not the future as a whole. To be honest I really wasn't super stoked on building a bi-level deck, I started working on a bi-level because of the amount of emails and comments from people asking me to make a bi-level like I built the Omen stuff... Eventually I caved and started putting some ideas to work.
El Diablo, Thanks, it's really fun to ride, personally I still like the feel of a concave a little better. But thats the great thing about wakeskating... there are options for everyone to ride what they like.
David_Roehm, My intentions were to build decks that were able to utilize the foot room of the design while still having a board that felt like a much smaller board. My biggest gripe about bi levels is no matter the size they just feel huge. So I've extended the outline of the top deck to provide more foot room and try to take advantage of the leverage you can have over the bottom deck without an adverse effect on the way the board rides. To me the way a board feels under your feet is just as important as the performance.
bromfutter, I decided on some changes on the concave so it's taking me a little more time to perfect it. I'll be releasing photos of the new concave when I start the pre-orders.
-=AlexXx=-, That deck there is 11.2 pounds... I want to go lighter still. I don't know if I can do it without sacrificing the durability of the decks but I'm trying! I think a 10 - 10.5 pound bi level will be sick. We'll just have to wait and see...
I'm making a lot of changes to things before the release, possibly even a name change! I know what I really want from these boards and I'm not going to release anything till I'm 100% satisfied with the final product.

SleuCrew, i like it
i disagree with your response tho to davids comments. no bi level is too small, or too big, its just a different ride in general
i guess its opinions, but im 6'3 and ride a 38-39 inch bi level. if the top deck is larger than the bottem, i think it effects the way it edges, (how the top deck at the lowest point may drag depending on its width and length, or how its spaced with the bolt system)
it looks rad tho, keep it up

De Oro, Like I said, the design is based purely on my opinion of the things I liked and the things I didn't... The main points in the design were to take all the advantages of the bi-level design while adding the quickness and response of a single level deck. I can agree on the drag, there is a fine line you walk on what's too big. So far I'm pretty happy with how its coming out. I'm still refining the mounting system, it plays a huge part in the design of the deck and the way it rides. Its definitely something different.
mr.foonis, The construction of the bottom deck is very similar to the way I built the Omen decks. The top deck has a few things that will make it last a little longer. I'm planning on having replacement decks on hand at all times and I'm working on making them as cheap as possible for everyone. I think the new mounting design will play a big part in the durability of the top decks as well. The bottoms... well they are pretty much tough as nails.
