was thinking of mounting my wheels at the back. they will be removable. was just thinking that the weight is at that end, why not mount the wheels there. just wondering......................

i put mine at the back, 16mm axle with 10" knubbly wheels, used cotter pins to hold the wheels on. Works very well.

see the simple winch post, there is a pic of my winch in there too.
