ok chickity china the chinese chicken it, im tired of how slow the legal system works. today i asked the cop what the status was on the board, she gave me a paper to fill out about what happened , how it was taken, blahh blahh. I looked at her thinking " why didnt i fill this out yesterday when i gave u the receipt???" but instead i blew it off and figuered sooner or later they'l do something. She said lay low for a while and that the cops wont do shizzle until after labor day so ill get back to this thread or start a new one new week when the po' get my board back or fail doin so. DBO #2, i already went to his house and confronted his roomate becuase he wasnt there, his room mate acted clueless or really was. And im not going to start a fight at a house with a family ive never met and two dudes in there twenty's, becuase im garanteed going to be arrested and then how the chickity china the chinese chicken do i get my board back.

use some commen sence. Now if he was out on the water and had my shizzle or even out in his neighborhood thats a different story. Rolling Eyes

ill tell ya what, if i knew of someone who had my bi level, id kick there door down and take it back end of story....law or not id get my shizzle back right then and there. story short, i got my cassette bi level back last weekend, overall its in good condition, you can tell its been ridden somewhat but other than that its still good enough to keep riding and has deff. got some life in it. i took the time to sand off afew marks left on the bottum and then sprayed a clear gloss of polyurethane to water seal it. there was a slight crack toward the nose but the dude did alittle fiberglass touch up on it and fixed it and i then sanded that down and coated it to.

the cop took plenty of pics of the board when i got it back and im still waiting for him to email them to me, when i get the pics im going to post on here what it looked like when i got it and what it looks like now after i did work on it.

still havent rode it becuase i havent gottan the new grip tape for it but im stoked! Birthday

congratulations!

and definitely post pics of your board when the time is right. I'm actually riding a bi-level top deck that was broken, but the previous owner did some fiberglass work to it. One of the kicktails had folded up (submarine style). Anyway, this guy's fiberglass job was good because my board has lasted the whole summer and doesn't snow any signs of slowing down. The glass stiffens it quite a bit and also added some pretty significant weight, but I cannot complain.
